I. Temperature Malfunctions
1. Heating Roller Temperature Error: When the heating roller temperature display shows an error and cannot be correctly read, immediately restart the equipment.
2. Sealing Temperature Error: Continuously sealing samples that are too cold can cause the heating roller temperature to drop below the required sealing temperature. An error code will appear on the screen and disappear after sealing is complete. Wait until the green light illuminates before sealing other samples.
3. Poor Temperature Stability: If the heating roller temperature fluctuates continuously, the surface may be contaminated. Clean the heating roller promptly.
4. Heating Roller Temperature Abnormality: The heating roller may exhibit abnormal temperatures when the sealer is first turned on before reaching sealing temperature, or after sealing multiple samples consecutively. Do not touch the heating roller. Wait patiently until the green light illuminates before resuming sealing.
5. Internal Overheating: Excessive use or high ambient temperatures may cause internal overheating. To maintain safe operating conditions, the heater will automatically shut off. Allow the unit to cool until the green indicator light reappears before resuming normal operation.
II. Indicator Light Malfunctions for Programmable Quantitative Sealing Machine
1. Power indicator light does not illuminate:
① Verify correct power connection and matching voltage;
② Check if the power switch on the rear panel is activated;
③ Inspect the fuse for damage and replace if necessary.
2. Green light takes over 10 minutes to illuminate during preheating:
Contact the manufacturer to arrange for technical personnel to resolve the issue.
3. Green light turns off during operation: The heating roller has not reached sealing temperature. Wait until the green light illuminates before continuing.
4. Green light off with liquid dripping from the bottom: Typically caused by excessive liquid (over 100ml) or equipment tilt, often accompanied by a hissing sound. Simply remove the front base cover plate and wipe away accumulated liquid.
