UP-1001 Infrared spectroscopic Oil measuring instrument
The infrared spectrophotometer utilizes oil substances at wave numbers 2930 cm-1 (stretching vibration of the C-H bond in the CH group), 2960 cm-1 (stretching vibration of the C-H bond in the CH3 group), and 3030 cm-1 (absorption at the stretching vibration band of the C-H bond in aromatic hydrocarbons) for qualitative and quantitative analysis using the absorption and transformation of spectral energy.
operational principle
The UP-1001 infrared oil analyzer uses the principle of similar phase solubility to extract oil from water into tetrachloroethylene. After oil water separation, the oil is measured, and the oil is measured after passing through a magnesium silicate adsorption column. Oil substances have absorption at wave numbers of 2930 cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bonds in CH groups), 2960 cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bonds in CH3 groups), and 3030 cm-1 (stretching vibration bands of C-H bonds in aromatic hydrocarbons). Qualitative and quantitative analysis is carried out using absorption and conversion of spectral energy.
application area
Suitable for the determination of industrial wastewater, domestic sewage, oil mist, petroleum in soil, and animal and plant oils.

Product Features
1.Good stability: Adopting an integrated optical system, with short optical path, high energy, stable signal, and high signal-to-noise ratio.
2.Small drift: The detector collects both the signal when the light source emits light and the signal when the light source is turned off, achieving real-time automatic zero clearing.
3.Accurate positioning: Using the cosine principle for precise wavenumber positioning scanning, the wavenumber positioning accuracy is less than one wavenumber.
4.Small measurement error for different ratios: simulate the oil composition in water, and the error for measuring any component of standard oil is less than 5%, making the instrument truly serve the actual water sample.
5.Full spectrum measurement: Full wave number measurement and real-time display of the spectrum, allowing for both qualitative analysis and quantitative measurement.
6.Oil measurement specialized software: Oil measurement specialized software (already applied for software) integrates spectrum scanning, analysis, calculation, and storage, making operation easier. Equipped with self inspection and result judgment functions: prompt if the energy is abnormal, and also indicate the possible cause for troubleshooting reference. Equipped with software to determine whether the sample exceeds the standard prompt function.
7.Remote control: The instrument adopts a 10.1-inch Windoes10 tablet computer, which is embedded in the host instrument. The tablet can be flexibly removed to achieve remote control, and the host is reserved with an external computer communication control interface.
8.Communication method: Bluetooth, RS232 communication.
