Matters needing attention in the use of low-speed centrifuge
.The rotor of the low-speed centrifuge should be fixed in the correct position, the fixing screws should be tightened, and the rotor and other accessories should be checked for cracks and corrosion, as well as the grounding connection.
.The low-speed centrifuge must use separate sockets to ensure stable voltage. If the user’s voltage is unstable, a regulator power supply must be used to avoid damaging the centrifuge. The desktop low-speed centrifuge should be placed on a sturdy and stable, level surface, with certain space left around the case to maintain good ventilation.
.After each use of the low-speed centrifuge, the lid should be opened and the condensate wiped off, then naturally air dried. Before and after centrifugation, the rotor must be gently lowered or lifted vertically to avoid colliding with the shaft and the rotor.
.After using the centrifuge rotor, basket, sleeve and other parts, they should be wiped dry and put away separately.
.If a glass tube is broken during centrifugation, the debris should be cleaned from the centrifuge chamber, sleeve, etc., as failing to do so can damage the centrifuge.
.The low-speed centrifuge should be periodically vacuumed to remove dust from the rear heat sink.
.If the bricks of the low-speed centrifuge are found corroded or cracked, they should be replaced immediately. Use specialized polishing oil to maintain the rotor, basket, sleeve, and other parts to avoid corrosion, and lubricating oil to lubricate the shaft, basket ears, and other parts.
